Please note that for safety reasons, food products must be handled according to specific quality control guidelines during the return process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the unused portion of your product in its original packaging and clearly write the provided RMA number on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Send your package to our fulfillment center using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is documented and received safely.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or provide store credit, minus shipping costs.
